Perhaps you are considering hiring Ken Pangborn, and have found this webpage. You are wary, because after all, you don't know the authors of this page, and this is the internet, and anyone can say anything they want online. Also, Kenneth Pangborn has almost certainly told you horror stories about all of the people who are trying to "discredit" him.
Here is a good way to protect your interests. Simply do the following before making your decision to hire Ken:
1. Do not make any payments to Ken unless it is via credit card. If you later realize that Ken is not the consultant he claims to be, you can contact your bank and have the payment reversed. You can't do this with a cashier's check or money order.
2. Ken claims to hold a psychology degree. Ask him for the name of the university where he obtained this degree. If he avoids the question, or refuses to tell you, DO NOT send him any money. If he names a university, be sure to verify with the university. If he names Shaftesbury University, do some research and you will find this is a well-known diploma mill which is unaccredited.
Exercise extreme caution.
