Ken's victims or "marks"

Ken uses the tactics described on these pages to attack and harass others into silence.  People who stand up to him are typically targeted for extreme harassment, including defamation campaigns, threats of physical violence, forgeries in their names, posting of personal info and even fraudulent complaints filed with government agencies.
