  libel. I have been more than tolerant with you to this point. just for
  information, Steven, I was an active LDS and ordained to the priesthood
  (Elder). I have returned to my Catholic faith for many reasons. You and
  I both know that I was never abusive to you on the phone, and that I
  tried to calm you down. Maybe you'd like to be confronted with a tape of
  that conversation. Also Steven, while I told you the funds were
  nonrefundable I asked you to calm down, to wait a day or so and when you
  could approach me rationally we could work something out. You also
  refused to identify who this supposed person was who "frightened" you.
  You may recall telling me that this person told you that the things were
  "inadmissible" and "junk science" etc. And it was you who called me some
  pretty terrible things. And you continue to do so.

      If you feel you have a legal action, take it.
