Following is an excerpt from an e-mail exchange Ken Pangborn sent to me in November of 1998.  For months, Ken had been threatening to have me sent to prison after I exposed him as a liar to his professional affiliates.  However, in this e-mail, Ken claimed that I had already been pronounced guilty without the need of a trial...a first in the American justice system.
